 When holding a scheduled event, please open the door for guests or prop it open
** Pulling on the door may only damage the electronic lock for which you will be responsible for repair costs.**

One Key Card per resident. $25 replacement fee
Card must be surrendered at sale of home 		All non-residents and those who are not immediate family members of the resident must sign a hold harmless agreement when attending events or activities in the common areas of the community including the club house, tennis courts and pool.
