Remember the Club House Doors are always locked!
Only a keycard will unlock the Doors from the outside
 When holding a scheduled event, please open the door for guests or prop it open
** Pulling on the door may only damage the electronic lock for which you will be responsible for repair costs.**

POOL RULES
One Key Card per residence. $25 replacement fee
***provides access to Pool gate,
Tennis courts and restrooms***
Card must be surrendered at sale of home
Club House access is by reservation

All non-residents and those who are not immediate family members of the resident must sign a hold harmless agreement when attending events or activities in the common areas of the community including the club house, tennis courts and pool.
